1. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Orders on the website are placed through WhatsApp. Minimum & Maximum Delivery time is 2-8 days. 
 

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Artimize With Nehu is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Artimize With Nehu. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Artimize With Nehu, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.

 

2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All our shipments are thoroughly packed and checked before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation, replacement will be provided:

Such defect is communicated within 2 days of the receipt of product & proof of defect in photo for is sent. Please note the customer is required to arrange for return of the product to us & we shall make the replacement available.  

Note: Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.

The exchange policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The policy is also not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

 

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We will not be able to accept any cancellation requests once the order has been placed.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Our business hours are 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Saturday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email us at artimizewithnehu@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
